Each mp3 in the Delta Boost mp3 program is 30 minutes and consists of 2 ambient tracks (98 ambient tracks total) and harmonic box x entrainment. Different ambient tracks are used every time. The nature edition of Delta Boost consists of a different nature sound for each level (7 nature sounds total).
Harmonic Box x is newer than binaural beats, and is believed by some to be a more powerful form of brainwave entrainment.
The 3 full-length samples below have been taken, in full, directly from the Delta Boost mp3 program. The first sample is from the Ambient Music Edition of Delta Boost. The second is from the Nature Edition of Delta Boost. And the thrid is from the bonus mp3's.
Each session in the Ambient Music Edition of Delta Boost contains 2 one minute ambient music tracks (different in each session) which are looped to last 15 minutes each. The brain is entrained more quickly by such repitition (rather then trying to listen to numerous varities of ambient tracks during one session). Ultimately the rhythmic beating of the harmonic box x in the background of the music is what is important.

In the Nature Sounds Edition there are also 49 mp3's (+ 8 extra mp3's for each level), but only 7 different nature sounds are used. For example, all the mp3's in Level 1 have a background sound of Rain. In Level 2 all the mp3's have the background sound of Ocean/Seagull sounds etc. Levels 1 - 3 consist of hramonic box x entrainment, and Levels 4 - 7 consist of and Isochronic Tones Entrainment.
